How it works
Simple to start. Clear at every step.
No contracts to decode, no call centre transfers. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you book.
- 1
Book a service
Open the Saath app, choose what's needed and pick a time. Takes about a minute. Not sure what to book? Call us and we'll help.
- 2
Matched with a Care Manager
We assign a vetted, trained Care Manager from your area. You see their photo, name and verification details before they arrive.
- 3
Service completed
They arrive on time, do what was asked, and stay as long as the task needs. Anything unexpected is flagged to you immediately.
- 4
Track everything in the app
Visit notes, photos, receipts, doctor instructions and the next scheduled visit — all in one place, visible whenever you want.
The details, in plain language
Booking takes about a minute
Choose the service, the date and the time. Add a note if there's anything the Care Manager should know — a knee that hurts, a dog at the gate, a neighbour who holds the spare key. If you'd rather speak to a person, call us and we'll book it for you.
You know who's coming, before they arrive
As soon as a Care Manager is assigned you'll see their photo, name, languages they speak and verification status. They call ahead the day before to confirm.
During the visit
The Care Manager checks in through the app at the door. They do what was asked and stay as long as the task needs. If something looks off — a missed medicine, a cough that's worse, a bill that doesn't add up — they flag it right away instead of waiting.
Afterwards
You get a written summary: what was done, what the doctor said, photos of receipts and prescriptions. Everything stays in the app so you can look back months later.
If there's an emergency
Call the 24/7 line at any hour. A real person answers, dispatches the nearest Care Manager, coordinates an ambulance if needed, and calls the family — in that order, at the same time.
Ready when you are
Start with one service and see how it feels. Most families begin with a single caregiver visit.
