Terms of Service

This is a placeholder version of our terms, written in plain language while the full legal document is being prepared.

The service

Saath arranges non-emergency support and coordinated care at home through trained Care Managers. We are not a hospital and do not replace medical advice or emergency services.

Bookings and cancellation

Services are booked through the Saath app. Cancellations made more than four hours before a visit are free; later cancellations may be charged.

Plans and payment

Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date. Add-on services are charged as booked.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate health and access information so our Care Managers can work safely and effectively.
