This is a placeholder version of our privacy policy, written to explain our intent while the full legal document is being prepared.

What we collect

Contact details you give us, the address where care is provided, health information you choose to share so a Care Manager can help safely, and a record of the services you book.

How we use it

Only to arrange and deliver care, to keep you informed about visits, and to improve the service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers, insurers or pharmacies.

Who can see it

A Care Manager sees only the details needed for the visit assigned to them, and only while it is scheduled. Our care team can see your records to coordinate services.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use Saath, and for the period required by law afterwards. You can ask us to delete your records at any time and we will do so within 30 days.
